Events will tentatively start at 9;00 am, but will be updated closer to the event.
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow for check in, changing, warm ups, etc.
WOD #1 "SPRINT"
7 Min AMRAP
7 Deadlifts (RX: 115/75) (Masters, Scaled 75/55)
*CrossFit standard movements apply*
WOD #4 In the event of a tie WOD #4 will be the tie breaker.
Each individual will have their own judge (provided) to count reps. Medical professionals will be on hand should they be needed.

Box Jump overs
Hang power cleans Rx/masters
Sumo Deadlifts High Pulls
Overhead Squats Rx/Masters
Best place to view the event & how much you can see: Event starts at 9:00am - 4:00pm. You are able to see the whole event.
