Shape Up Badger State Kids is an annual K-12 event that promotes the importance of daily physical activity and helps create awareness of the Badger State Games and the opportunity they provide to get active and set a goal.

Coordinate Shape Up Badger State Day at your school and if you have 100% participation, your school is entered into a cash drawing for a physical activity grant!

Get your school, community center or after-school program involved in three easy steps:

  1. Have a teacher register online.
  2. Organize 30 minutes of consecutive physical activity for your entire school or program on the designated Shape Up Badger State Kids day Wednesday May 5, 2010. Report back to web site by Friday May 7th.
  3. Check the web site to see if you've won. 2010 Prize quantities and amounts are TBD.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP
1. Organize a group of students to participate in the Badger State Games - help them set a healthy and goal for the summer!

2. Print off Badger State Games posters and flyers to hang up/pass out at your school.

3. Promote the Badger State Games participation scholarship funds to students you know would like to participate but are not able to due to financial circumstances. (in some cases transportation reimbursement is available)

4. Follow Badger State Games on our social media sites:
