Rib Mountain Bowmen Archery Club, Brokaw. 5 miles N of Wausau. Exit I-39 at Brokaw, go west on WW to the first right (there is a sign to the club). Take 32nd Ave north about 2.5 miles, turn right on club road at sign. Rib Mountain Bowmen is a smoke free environment.

300 Round: Please select start time. Registering online will give you immediate confirmation of your flight time. Accepted on a first come first served basis.
(17 spots available for each time slot.)
·         Friday 5:00, 6:30 and 8:00 pm
·         Saturday 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:30pm, 5:00 pm, 6:30pm, 8:00 pm
 
Animal Round: Sunday only, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
(On-site registration available for Animal Round only.)
 
Note: Competitors may shoot in both 300 and Animal round.

COMPETITION

General Rules:
Competitors may shoot the 300 round, animal round, or both.

NFAA rules apply. http://www.nfaa-archery.org/field/styles.cfm NFAA membership is not required for BSG.

Club males and females compete separately.

Cadets shoot 10 Yard distances.

No cell phones or cameras on the shooting line.

 

No crossbows allowed.

 

**No alcohol allowed on shooting range; No smoking allowed indoors.

Events will be flighted based on the number of participants in each division.
Please register for your shooting time on the special information section on
the mail-in registration form.

WISCONSIN and ILLINOIS RESIDENTS ONLY.

Format:
300 Round - 20 yards, 60 shots, 5 spot or single spot target.
Animal round - 15 targets. 4 shots per target. Yardage will vary from 5-20 yards.

Definitions:

Barebow - Archers shooting Barebow style will use bow, arrows, strings and accessories free from any sights, marks or blemishes that may be used as a sighting aid.

Freestyle - any type of bow, sights, arrows, stabilizers, and magnification.
Bowhunter - 12"stabilizer, 5” sight extension, sliding sights will be allowed, no magnification.
Olympic Freestyle - equipment must conform with Olympic rules established by NFAA.

Traditional - This style of shooting is for those who wish to compete with the Recurve or Longbow.
PRO (for donation) - for those Wisconsin athletes who do not meet BSG eligibility rules
